RETURN POLICY
Hatchet And Ox is dedicated to delivering the
highest-quality products directly from our factory to your door.
If for any reason you are not completely happy with your
order, simply contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will go to extraordinary
measures to make things right.
All complaints will be dealt with personally and immediately
by a member of our team.
We regret we are not able to accept returned goods or claims
for goods ordered in error, due to their perishable nature.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
ORDER CANCELLING
We regret that due to the very short timescale involved in
processing orders, you cannot cancel or amend your order once it has been
placed unless specifically agreed by ourselves.
If the order has been dispatched then, unfortunately, we
will not be in a position to cancel or amend your order.
RETURN/REFUND
Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to describe the
issues you have had with the meat, any evidence to be kept and provided alongside
request.
Due to product integrity and safety concerns resulting from
excessive handling, temperature control fluctuations, and other chain of
product control quality issues, products are not returnable except at time of
delivery.
After thorough investigation we may refund the amount paid
for unsatisfactory product when 100% satisfaction is not met by our products or
service.
At the factory any replacement or refund (if applicable) can
be done immediately, online we give 10 working days to investigate and process
any refund or replacement.
We aim to process requests as quickly as possible and value
our customers satisfaction with all our products and deliveries we aim to stick
to the timelines of return and refunds as detailed above.
